EERA Summer School 2021

The EERA Summer School 2021, hosted by the University of Jyväskylä and the Finnish Educational Research Association (FERA) , will be held 14 - 16 June online. The aim of the EERA Summer School 2021 is to support the students in their endeavour in producing methodologically excellent research with sensitivity to ethical issues.

Srikant Sarangi, Professor in Humanities and Medicine and Director of the Danish Institute of Humanities and Medicine (DIHM), Aalborg University, Denmark;
Kathy Sylva, Professor of Educational Psychology, Department of Education, University of Oxford, UK;
E. Jayne White, Professor University of Canterbury, New Zealand President of the Association for Visual Pedagogies and Editor-in-Chief of the associated Video Journal of Education and Pedagogy.

The panelists in the Panel Discussion "Research ethics in exceptional times" will be the Keynote Speakers Kathy Sylva, Srikant Sarangi, and Pamela Sammons. They will be joined by Niina Rutanen, PhD, professor in early childhood education at the University of Jyväskylä. The Panel will be chaired by Kirsi Pyhältö.
