The Creative Learning and Student Perspectives [CLASP] project involving 9 European partners begins its EC Socrates research programme in the Autumn of 2002 for a year. The project will be using ethnographic methodology and focusing particularly on how students act creatively to enhance their learning processes. Student perspectives will be a core source of data for the project. The workshop will be led by some of the partners of this project who will invite participants to the workshop to assist in identifying some of the problems and issues that might arise during the project and possible courses of action to alleviate problems and resolve issues. A paper outlining some of the problems and issues will be available to stimulate the workshop but we would be grateful if those with experience of joint projects would come to the session and assist the development of our project [150 words]
