The Emerging Researchers' Poster Jury awarded the ERC Best Poster Prize 2022 (online) to Lea Schröder for her poster "Digital Writing Support for 5th Grade Students - Evaluation of a Web Application for the Promotion of Narrative Writing Skills".

The Emerging Researchers' Poster Jury awarded the ERC Best Poster Prize 2021 to Carla Tapia for her poster "The teacher protesting is also educating".

The Emerging Researchers' Poster Jury awarded the ERC Best Poster Prize 2019 to Marcela Gallardo for her poster "Fourth Year Pre-service Teachers: Expectations About Emotional Intelligence".

The Emerging Researchers' Poster Jury awarded the ERC Best Poster Prize 2018 to Anna Heudorfer and Sinah Mielich for their poster "Community-oriented Research-based Learning as Teaching Approach for Inclusion and Exclusion in Higher Education".

The Emerging Researchers' Poster Jury awarded the ERC Best Poster Prize 2017 to Christiana Glettler for her poster "Teaching Nature – Two Case Studies of 5-7-year-old Children Engaged in Outdoor Learning Activities".

The ERC Best Poster Prize 2016 goes to Svenja Matheis for her poster "Is Giftedness a Matter of Justice? Explaining Teachers' Attitudes Towards Gifted Students".

The jury once again awarded the Best Poster Prize to two presenters, Klára Záleská ("Integrating Immigrant Children into Primary Schools in The Czech Republic and Norway") and Kampei Hayashi ("An analysis of the Global Education Policy Market - Its Rise and Impact").

The jury awarded the Best Poster Prize to two presenters this year, Nadja Köffler ("Learning Demands Vs. Learning Needs In Institutionalized Educational Contexts – On Student’s Learning Needs In University Teacher Education") and Marina Wagener ("Global Citizenship Education And Youth Participation In The Globalised World – Child Sponsorships As Informal Learning Resources In Germany").

The Best Poster Prize 2013 goes to Jana Jašková for her work on "The Pilot Study of Research Concerning the Pedagogical Content Knowledge of University Novices Teaching English for Specific Purposes"

The Prize goes to Anna Gstöttner for her poster on "Educational academic careers in Europe with gender perspective – an empiric German-Norwegian analysis"

Erika Bozzato was awarded the Best Poster Prize for the Emerging Researchers' Group.

ECER 2010 awarded two Best Poster awards. The winners were Giuseppe Ritella from the University of Helsinki for the poster "Teacher and technology: the configuration of space and time in a collaborative activity", and Grace Shiao En-Chng from Bielefeld University with "Investigating reasoning competence and epistemic cognition of fifth graders in the context of parental socialization"
