ERC Best Poster 2012

Anna Gstöttner is a PhD-student at Erlangen-Nuremberg University in Germany.

Her poster investigates the high decreasing of women proportion in a typical career course up to the A-grade-professorship and leadership positions in an educational academic career all over Europe. The focal point of the poster examines a comparison between Germany and Norway, which is considered as a pioneering country concerning gender equality. The study is based on data from interviews with german and norwegian educational scientists.
