Susanne Maria Webers´ paper "Humanenergetics - the mentality which governs entrepreneurs?" uses the foucauldian methodological approach of power/knowledge in order to analyse the practices of freedom, community building and development of the future, which are to be seen in Large Group Interventions, being applied in all spheres of society. Educational Knowledge becoming a universalised knowledge all over society, creates a subjectivity of the self-optimizing subject - either in self-education, economics or democracy. Within practices of the "dispositive of creativity", the discourse of the self moves into the direction towards an existence as "space of potentials" and the self-creating subject.
