Session Information
07 SES 11 B, Education for All as Practice
Symposium
Contribution
In this paper we will explore more in depth the concepts which form the framework for the different research projects in our program. In the first place, we will explore different meanings of concepts as 'education for all', 'social justice' and 'praxis' in the literature. In the second place, we will explain what choices we have made and why these decisions are made. What do we - as research group - mean by 'education for all', 'social justice' and 'praxis' and moreover how are these concepts related within our research? Finally, we will explore the consequences of our choices for our research questions, our research designs and the research results. The main goal of this presentation is to set the 'mis-en-scene' for the four other presentations in the symposium.
