Contribution
French agricultural education schools have two characteristics : They are composed of “constitutive centers” which receive different pupils : students, adults or trainees. They also have a farm (or a technological center). They have to contribute to the promotion of rural and agricultural sectors. The research aims at analyzing the agricultural education school as an area partnership, studying two levels : an internal partnership (between its “constitutive centers”) an external partnership, with pupils’ parents or with agricultural firms or associations. Our first hypothesis refers to an homomorphism between these two levels. Following the theory of the « organizational action » (Maggi, 2003), our second hypothesis concerns a connection between two dimensions: first, the characteristics of these partnerships, then their strategies and consequences. Our investigation used online questionnaire to study partnership through the actors point of view : about 30 schools and constitutive centers directors, 250 teachers. The analysis is underway. It consists in : describing the two forms and the two dimensions of the partnership suggesting a school modeling as an area partnership • Bibliography Maggi, B. (2003). De l’agir organisationnel.
