Contribution
The quality development of “Researching Schools” (Kraus 2012) is an integral part of their school-concept. The project “Researching School” aims at providing support for pupils and teachers in acquiring learning skills and fostering democratic thinking and procedures (cp. Benner 1990, cp. Kron, 1999, cp. Tremp 2005, cp. Wildt 2009, cp. Hellmer 2009, cp. Messner 2009). The teachers in the school and the students at university become acquainted with the methods and levels of evaluation. The aim is that they learn to develop exemplary strategies and procedures in order to reflect on teaching/learning-processes and processes of quality development. The central component of the project is an online-platform providing information about the procedures and instruments of the qualitative, dialogically structured evaluation. These are linked with further services, e.g. consulting etc. The documentation of development projects are carried out by diverse academically supported agencies. In my presentation I unfold some tacit dimensions of pedagogy in the project “Researching School”, and I show how these aspects can be explored.

- Search for authors and in the respective field.
- For planning your conference attendance you may want to use the conference app, which will be issued some weeks before the conference
- If you are a session chair, best look up your chairing duties in the conference system (Conftool) or the app.
