The aim of this study s to carry out an inquiry of the impact of educational research on educational practices; concretely the heuristic power of educational research findings about the professional development and upskilling of Primary, Secondary and University teachers.
This study has the following general objective: obtaining a diferential knowledge about the approval and utilizationse of research evidence in the development of teaching practices in the classroom.
Method
We try to use a mixed methdology en two steps:
- Exploratory stage: manifold case-studies.
- Confirmatory stage: comparative study.
Two research intruments will be used: in-depth interviews and a rating-scale of five points.
Expected Outcomes
The findings would enable to obtain a guide of implications and guidance for improving the relation between educational research and teaching practices.
