The most recent curricular orientations of the educational system bring to our attention the fact that it is urgent to adopt new working methodologies. Collaborative work seems to stand out. It is more and more important that teachers work collaboratively with each other and with their pupils. Why? For several problems that the school faces nowadays: pupils' rejection of many subjects, the increase of school drop-outs, underachievement in several subjects, lack of motivation and interest in what the school has to offer. How? This is what we intend to present in our paper. We are going to introduce you to the project Interaction and Knowledge, which has been under way for the past eight years, with a multidisciplinary team of teachers with different degrees of professional experience and whose main aim is to study and promote peer interactions in the Maths class.
