Description: The research that will be presented study how describing work situations's experience offers a way to acess to the comprehension of activity. RVAE is a particulary rich setting to study nascent practices. In order to deliver a diploma, they mix experience and knowledge pick up in work situations and knowledge pick up in the educational system. These new activities can define in a new way the means of access to the diploma, status of formal and informal learning and the relationship between diploma and the population.These practicises are based on a description of activities that must proove the singular experience gained by each of the candidates. We have studied which is the process engaged by the professionnals who accompagny the candidate in order to make easier to proove their experience and write the dossier send to the jury. The accompanists have not get any formal training and they build their skills while discovering these activities. The inquiery was lead in universities and ingeneers schools, with interviews about accompanists's work situations. The difficulties and strategies used by these professionnals indicate the tensions between systems of reference of the diploma and singularity of the work situations of each candidate. Langage has a major part int this process of production of knowledge about experience. Writen and oral communication are linked as the candidate have the opportunity of an interview with the jury, before writing the dossier. All this permit to study the way candidate communicate their experience, and the stakes and results of this practise. Il allows us to study how langage help to produce knowledge about work situations. The theorical frame work and the backgrounds methods are in theories of activity that are interest in speech of actors about theirs activities (ergologie, clinique de l'activité, didactique professionelle, psychodynamique du travail). The research follows others studies about work's analysis and it's use in professionnal training.
Methodology: The inquiery was lead in universities and ingeneers schools, with interviews about accompanists's work situations.
Conclusions: Study how langage help to produce knowledge about work situations.Understand new practices in the fiel of RVAE.More generally understand how new activities can define in a new way the means of access to the diploma, status of formal and informal learning and the relationship between diploma and the population.
