With the latest reforms in the field of professional and vocational education, a novelty has been realized/carried out, namely a curricula upgrade with the integrated key qualifications, which comprise learnings skills and abilities that are useful in various working environments and in other different circumstances.At the present we have two years of experiences in the introducing of the integrated key qualifications in the vocational educational programme "Automechanic" in four secondary schools at our disposal. I will use these four schools as a demonstration of various approaches of the development of the integrated key qualifications. At the same time I will demonstrate, on the basis of various forms of development of integarted key qualifications, the possibilities of their supplementary development. The analysis of the integrated key qualifications consists of three phases, namely- the analysis of the exam catalogues,- catalogues of knowledge standards and - implementational curricula. The groundwork for formulating the analysis of the exam catalogues were the Exam catalogue - basic professional knowledges and the Exam catalogue - the product or service and plea. In both of the exam catalogues we exposed those contents and goals, that are directly connected to the subgoals of the integrated key qualifications, these subgoals are written in "Concepts of including the key qualifications into the programmes of vocational education". We placed a particular content or goal of the exam catalogues in a specific subgoal of the integrated key qualification, which enables a discovery of a more specific connection between the exam catalogue and the integrated key qualifications. For the analysis of the catalogues of knowledge standards we used the same methodological approach as we did for the analysis of the exam catalogues. In this instance we used the catalogues of knowledge standards of general educational subjects of the programme "Automechanic", namely: Slovene language, Mathematics, English language, German language, Sociology, Natural science, Physical education, Art and next content complexes: General chapters of mechanical engineering, petrol and diesel engines, Electrical systems in wehicle, Undercarriage and Bodyshell. In the first phase of the exam catalogue analysis we exposed contents and goals, that directly put out a possibility of the development of integrated key qualifications, and placed them in a particular subgoal of a specific integrated key qualification. Like for the first and the second analysis we used as an instrument for the analysis of the implementational curricula the comparison between the goals and subgoals of the integrated key qualifications and implementational curricula. We used eleven implementational curricula, which were provided by pilot/flight schools for the first and second year of the programme "Automechanic".The analysis of the inclusion of the integrated key qualifications in the exam catalogues led us to the finding, that the integrated key qualifications are included in the exam catalogues, however, the level of iclusion is relatively low. The latter primarly reflects in the integrated key qualifications "Informational-communicational educationt", "Social skills" and "Planning and managing career", which are of a great importance for the student's mobility in the labour market. It is evident from the comparison of the analysis of inclusion of the integrated key qualifications into the exam catalogues and the catalogues of knowledge standards, that the level of inclusion of the integrated key qualifications into the catalogues of knowledge standards is vitaly higher. It is necessary to point out the fact, that the "scatterdness" of the integrated key qualifications in the exam catalogues has increased simultaneously. So, in the catalogues of knowledge standards are represented all integrated key qualifications, including those, which are not to be found in the exam catalogues, e. g.
