Considerable individual differences exist among students. For instance, there exist differences in the comprehension levels of students despite them having attended the same class. Therefore, when considering an improvement in the quality of education, it is very important to grasp these individual differences, and examine whether the entire educational system needs to be improved. In this study, we analyze and examine in detail the simultaneity of education and learning with individual differences in learners. Now, in an age when the youth’s interest in science and technology is steadily declining, science and engineering universities has a huge responsibility to help students gain a proper understanding of science and engineering and enable them to judge the application of science and technology in society. In addition, the problem of NEET individuals (Not in Employment, Education or Training) is rather serious. There are many universities that have introduced career education. With regard to the social significance of career education, this study carried out the characteristics test, and designs and conducts an initial questionnaire and middle repeated multivariate questionnaires and analyse the educational effectiveness considering individual differences using Bayesian Network. When students attend the career design A, how much influence of deepening of "Self-understanding" like my ability and strong point, etc. and "Communications skills” on "View in the future" does the education have, and how do "View in the future" and "Consideration to work" have influence on "University life"? "View in the future" is measured by 3 questions “the clearness of the life design”, ”the expansion of the occupational category” and “ the understanding of necessary abilities in the future”. We design the questionnaires to examine also whether the motivation to the study of the university have gone up, how much study students acquire, how many hours they study per week, with the items that relate with the career. In this paper, individual differences in the learners are modeled and analyse the educational effectiveness using Bayesian Network.

In this paper, we use Bayesian Network., in order to analyse and examine the educational effectiveness considering individual differences. A Bayesian network is a probabilistic graphical model that represents a set of variables and their probabilistic independencies. For example, a Bayesian network could represent the probabilistic relationships between study hours and results. Formally, Bayesian networks are directed acyclic graphs. In this paper, the characteristics test is carried out, and the middle repeated questionnaires that ask 22 items about student's states in detail are designed for the career education, and their measurements have been carried out five times a year. In this paper, we analysed and examined the educational effectiveness considering individual differences using Bayesian Network. The construction of the model that considered the heterogeneity of each student by using Bayesian Network was possible. From analytical results, for example, as for "the consideration ability of the logic", there are many answers more than a medium rank when we consider answer probability at the end of lecture, their students answered lower than medium rank at the start of lecture, but the answer probability lower than medium rank is high about "the proof ability of the logic" at the ending point of lecture. From this, it may be said that "ability for logical consideration" is is easy to be improved in a shorter term. This tendency is seen in particularly logical ability in cluster 8,9 with the weakness conspicuously. Therefore, we could analyse the relationship between teaching and learning with individual differences.
