Video Session
Contribution
The scope and acceptance of information technologies and communications - ICT in a globalized society. The adaptation of people to the imminent and dizzying technological changes, whether in the workplace or in everyday life. The increase and spread of videos. Besides the rise of the digital natives, which according of Prensky (2013) is a person who develops in continuous contact with technology. These are all factors that have contributed to the need to make an analysis of collaboration among emerging researchers to be able to led effective studies then: to guide innovation, are motivating and innovative.
The rise of video format has real impact on society along history. This can be verified through a compilation of a series of events in films, which were regarded as fiction and across time they became reality "from fiction to reality". Such as the film production "Metropolis" (1926), carried with it the concept of a video phone, which its identified conception in this compilation until 2006 with the release of the Skype® application, this and other events are presented in this research (AT&T, 2014).
The rise of digital media triggered the proliferation and falling prices of cameras. Appearing the mobile phones, facilitating the use and storage of videos. Carried out rise to this in the dissemination of videos in technology platforms videos as Youtube®, however, that it brought the decline of companies like photography and analog video, as it was Kodak® (LUCAS & GOH, 2009). Coupled with this evidence also has distribution cameras in various spaces in this globalized era, such as surveillance cameras on streets, banks, shops and public places. Video technology is changing the way even make news, as well as the form of communication of future generations, this means we are changing to a more visual way of learning model. This finding leads to a transformation in the attitude of teachers and emerging researchers, alerting the need for adaptation in their practices both in the classroom and how to conduct research, these professionals come to have the ability to produce their own videos (TOBIAS, 2014).
ICTs promote collaboration in real time, facilitate for an ideas exchange of exists anywhere in the world, making distance no longer an obstacle to learning (ROSENBERG, 2006). This is linked to knowledge-based society, which expands through networks in models of cooperation, coordination and communication, for them educational or business. (OSTOK ET AL. 2013; CITADIN et al, 2014; CITADIN, KEMCZINSKI, MATOS, 2014).
ICT in the educational field have received the attention and acceptance of the world community because of its ease of use, interactivity and accessibility (AROYO; GRAESSER; JOHNSON, 2007; ISOTANI e BRANDÃO, 2013). That is why ICTs have become an important part of the education reform agenda, whether in developed or developing (VOLLRATH, 2014).
The objective is to analyse the Sharing and collaboration among emerging researchers, focusing on video technology as a didactic and educational resource for the promotion purpose and creation of knowledge to strengthen the teaching-learning process. This subject is studied in order to response the objectives on cooperation in education, knowing that collaborative systems are used to support teamwork and collaboration (NICOLATI-DA-COSTA and Pimentel 2011).
The theories and models of collaboration that provide an insight into why people, especially professionals should work in groups, for example, activity theory, game theory, the 3C model, among others (FUKS ET AL 2011. ). Between the existing models for this work, 3C collaboration model stands out.
