Contribution
Learning means the course and results of transition and it can be applied to any organization. Especially dance companies called creative organizations are more concerned for the course and results of transition. Dance companies more focus on the transition of artistic acts and aesthetic introspections. The transition on dance companies drives a new level of organizational collaboration as well as individual capabilities. Interactional observation, ritual and atmosphere in the organizations play a big role of learning and transition of dance companies. Based on Gregory Bateson's Theory, the purposes of the paper are stated as follows: how learning and transition happen in dance companies and Gregory Bateson theorizes an important theoretical basis to be able to comprehend cultural Learning Activities in communities. The study of organizational learning on art communities such as dance companies can provide fresh views and alternatives to understand learning and reform other organizations in the future.
