Symposium to be continued in 32 SES 17
Contribution
Innovation Labs as spaces of multi-stakeholders-engagement between research, economy and society offer participation and coproductive social innovation. The broad and multidisdisciplinary field of research discusses them in different research strands like innovation- and networktheories, in theories of social spaces and social development, in theories of political participation and deliberation. As well, they are relevant for organizational education research (Weber 2004, Weber 2014). How to theorize innovation labs and the question of inclusion from an organizational education perspective? And what is the specific contribution of post-structural and practice theoretical approaches, addressing the nexus between knowledge, language and practices of meaning-making in complex settings? The contribution explores the specific theoretical perspective on exclusion and inclusion in a discourse theoretical perspective as knowledge in action and as discoursive process (Bormann, Hamborg, Heinrich 2016; Bormann & Hamborg 2016; Hamborg 2016). Exclusion and inclusion from an organizational education perspective relates to economical, ecological, social, cultural and educational dimensions in regional multi-stakeholder settings and multi-stakeholder rationalities How can this discourse theoretical perspective on Innovation Labs (Weber 2014; Weber & Wieners 2018; Adler & Weber 2018) lead into a methodological framework for a transformative evaluation (Weber 2012) in the field of „sustainable nutrition“ as regional cycle of discourse knowledge, of practice and of transformational learning potentials?
