Contribution
By self-reflection we mean a consciousness structures responsible for “looking back” or “looking from outside” on one’s own activity and its results, mostly from professional and personal perspectives. Such reflection is extremely important in educational practices. Paper distinguishes the self-reflection from consciousness and describes different types of reflections. External and internal determinants of personal reflection are in the focus of analysis. Paper also represents the empirical data and results obtained in experimental study of this topic.
