Modular planning in intensive nursing courses following the rules of the European Credit Transfer System, is a difficulty due to lack of homogeneity in the background of the participants, and different preferences with their formation. The use of interactive methods to provide feed-back allows a very agile know the preferencies of students and tailor learning content to their preferences.

Educlick ® is an interactive method through an electronic system asks colletive questions, and individual responses collected immediately. Perform statistical analysis on-site allowing students to clarify their doubts and the teacher to highlight those aspects that require strengthening.

The aim is to know the formation priorities and themes of nurses in relation to the care of critically ill patients using Educlick® system and the value and satisfaction of students about as a teaching tool and evaluation on issues raised in critical patient care.

Method

Descriptive transversal study conducted at the Master on critical patient care at the University of Barcelona. The sample was 90 students, and the collection of data using a survey that assessed the subject offered. 23 modules were raised, in which participants selected ten, five units considered of interest and five considered less relevant. We also asked students their opinion about the usefulness of this tool used in training sessions and evaluations of their interest.

Expected Outcomes

44.4% of the students consider the form of general approach to critical illness such as high interest and 25% think that the modules are basic changes in cardiorespiratory formation. On the contrary, research is the subject of less interest with 48.8% followed by legal issues. 89.3% think it is a dynamic tool, 95.9% consider it very easy to use, 77.2% believed that this system facilitates the integration of knowledge and provides feedback. A 55.9% think that it is not suitable for replace a traditional evaluation. The professionals who perform nursing courses of critical patient, the general approach prioritizing and managing complex situations. On the other hand, there is the remarkable lack of interest in research and legality, as well as psychology module An interactive tool as Educlick ® may be an element that energizes the acquisition of knowledge of critical care also be useful with other instruments for effective evaluation.
