In agreement with a research accomplished with the professionals of Brazilian teaching institutions, it was noticed a group of actions for the development of a pedagogic practice that evidences the good coexistence relationships in the school extent. One of the postulated considerations concerns the compromising of the team of education administration as for the initiatives of development of activities that foment a school atmosphere that prevails positive coexistence relationships between the school and their members.
Starting from this referential, our reflection is following by inquiries, as: which done the strategies present by the team of school administration to foment the coexistence in the schools? As the teams of education administration plan out actions to develop the favourable coexistence to the citizenship?
The article 214 of the Federal Constitution of the Republic defines that the law will establish the national plan of education, of duration multiannual, seeking to the articulation and the development of the teaching in their several levels and to the integration of the actions of the Power and Public that drive to the: I. Eradication of the illiteracy; II. Universalization of the school service; III. Improvement of the teaching quality; IV. Formation for the work; V. Promotion humanistic, scientific and technological of the Country."
Thus, for which the company is one of the manifestations met today in Brazilian education is to meet the propositions of the National Education Plan and its particularities. Therefore, the participation of educational managers in the execution of process improvement in school attendance is paramount. It is recommended the construction of an educational project to promote coexistence quality and social equity.
With this study we intend to reflect on the actions developed from the decisions of the group of managers and thus highlight the importance of promoting good relations initiatives that enable coexistence between the various profiles that meet the educational environment. So, from a qualitative methodology, the objectives of this study are to present elements that contribute to the qualification of this debate.
