The teaching profession asks for permanent personal and professional improvement, by installing the 'learning for life' process as the teachers' aim and way of being. We should estimate the educational complexity faced by teachers in general by teachers in Lower Secondary stage, and by educators working in Adult People's training in particular. If teachers working at these spheres feel continuous demands of producing new professional knowledge, those acting in multicultural communities are the ones who more intensely and urgently need this professional self- development. As a consequence, we must intensify the effort to understand the complexity of present challenges by searching for the 'Euro-teacher' and for the teaching commitment within a 'planetary' world. The reflective and profound researching proposal we put forward suggest training teachers in a number of different aspects, which will be presented in this paper.
