The easiest way to get from the Main Station (Hlavní nádraží) to Masaryk University is by tram 12, get off at the stop "Grohova". You can take also the tram 4 to "Obilni trh".  Both tram rides take about 10 minutes. The walk from both stops to the university is about 5 minutes. You can also walk from the Main Station to Masaryk University in about 20 minutes.
