Registration and Fees

  • Early bird registration for all ECER events will start on 1 April and end on 15 May. On 16 May, the standard registration starts.
  • All persons attending the conference need to register as conference participants via the online conference system, Conftool, see link in the margin or below. This includes presenting authors, co-authors and listen only delegates.
  • If you have submitted a presentation, please log in to your user account at the conference management system, Conftool, with your existing user name and password. You can then register for the conference by clicking Register as Participant on the Overview list.
  • If you have not created a user account before, please do so in the conference management system, Conftool, where you can then register as a participant.
  • Please note that you can pay either with credit card, Paypal, Sofort Banking or via bank transfer. You may incur banking charges from your bank if you choose to pay via bank transfer.
  • Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received. Thank you for your understanding.
  • We are offering 2 conferences: the Emerging Researchers‘ Conference  (ERC) & ECER. Please check carefully for which conference you register. If you plan to attend both, you must register and pay the fees for both events.
