ECER has three different types of chairpersons: chairs, discussants and, for the Emerging Researchers' Conference, mentors. You will find guidelines for all three below.
Things to do before the Conference
Please make yourself familiar with the session you are supposed to chair.
You can find the details of the sessions by accessing the online conference programme or app. You will also find the abstracts of the respective contributions which are linked to the session there. The online programme will be updated on a regular basis.
In conftool you will find an overview of the sessions you will be chairing. Log on at conftool, click on “Show User Account Details” and scroll down to "Information for Session Chairs and Moderators".
Please also ensure that you check the exact room number. All rooms should be equipped with a beamer and a PC. Please make sure that all relevant equipment is in place. If you encounter a problem, contact the Conference Desk or one of the local volunteers in charge of the respective session room.
