Yes. The Whova app will provide a conference programme and will allow participants to plan their personal programmes, access shared material, get in touch with other participants and receive live updates during the conference. ECER participants will receive all the information you need to download and log in to the Whova app approximately 10 August.
You can also view the ECER programme on Conftool (www.conftool.com/ecer2023), via your user account. Click on “Browse Conference Agenda”. You will be able to search for authors and paper titles and filter by Network.
Yes. All conference rooms will be equipped with a laptop and a data projector.
No. Volunteers will be able to help you in case you experience any problems with the laptops in the conference rooms.
Please bring your own USB device for the presentation and make sure that the file is compatible with the software and operating system. Please do not bring your data on a CD-Rom or DVD, as some rooms will be equipped with laptops that do not have CD/DVD drives.
