The main purpose if this research is to promote educational treatment of diversity in inclusive contexts. This main purpose is to be specified in obtained conclusions, where it is shown the necessary requirements and resources to attain an appropriate treatment of diversity of authentic quality and that will allow the maximum possible development of each person ´s all peculiar abilities. A good theoretical backgroun is a garantee for the research being implemented with the necessary conceptual clarity, with required depth and with required exactness: the use of such bases of theoretical background asks for studying documentation and sources of authority, which are used to elaborate the research original conceptual framework. Coherent with the research main purpose, the empirical study tries to prove evidence of the involving contents. This asks for the need of working to reach the following specific objectives:  Discover attitudes towards inclusion  Clarify advantages and disadvantages of inclusion for educational treatment of diversity in inclusive contexts  Show obstacles that could prevent such inclusion  Set up requirements of access to inclusive contexts  Articulate a proposal of inclusive educational treatment of diversity, according to the requirements of authentic quality.

Once the theoretical background is suitably defined, the empirical research consists of a field study, where we collect information proceeding from relevant sectors involved in educational treatment of diversity, in different manifestations, but mainly with inclusive approach. We collect information proceeding from different involved sectors, such as the following ones:  Diverse countries and regions  Different genders  Diverse types of educational centres  Educational levels and stages  Students  Parents  Professional sectors (teachers, heads, trainers, specialists, supervisors, etc.) To collect empirical data we use the following techniques:  A Questionnaire-scale that is used with representatives of sectors involved in educational treatment of diversity  A semi-structured interview in order to obtain profound information an justification of answers proceeding from representatives of involved sectors  A case study, where some peculiar situations are studied in a profound qualitative approach. Treatment of data obtained from the questionnaire offers descriptive and inferencial data that are used to clarify what is an educational treatment of diversity in inclusive context and of authentic quality. Data collected are processed by using the SPSS (“Statistical Package for Social Sciences”). For processing data obtained from interviews and case studies we use programmes that guarantee assurance of validity and reliability of the used techniques and results significance. Among such used programmes are the following ones: AQUAD, Nudist, N-Vivo, Atlas-ti. Collected data, interpretation, conclusions and proposals are to be presented at the Conference

This research on “Quality and Effectiveness Approach to Educational Treatment of Diversity “ is relevant, due to the fact that some authors estimate that 10 to 15% of students attending the school system have any problem that asks for being treated as a special need or relevant diversity. Usefulness of the research derives from the clarification that implies giving a scientific solid justification to educational politics that defend or not inclusion in educational treatment of diversity. As o consequence, evidences proved by the research have very high applicability to educational activities. Novelty of this study derives from its own purpose. As there are not conclusive and with enough evidence studies, the emergency of its conclusions is a new contribution to scientific arena and offers solid bases to proposals of activity on inclusive and of quality educational treatment of diversity.
