This paper devotes some attention the guidance of preparation of some work, including peronal work experience prior to and during the study integrated with the university curriculum. This work contributes evidence to whether the greater emphasis on practical training, scientific diversity and application oriented courses influenced by higher education reform carried out over the past 15 years has the effect of preparing students better for employment. It is common to hear that is discrepancy between competences acquired in higher education and those required in real live, Reuters (1999); Pearson et al. (2000); Anderson (1999); Jenkins, Jones & Ward (2001); Knight & Yorke (2001); Dawn Lees (2000).
