Reflection is a process that always needs a mirror with concrete shapes and features, and the instrument may influence on the image as much by its structure as the eye that is looking. The paper gives an overview on our mirror, the web-based tool meant to help CVT teachers to reflect on their practice, structured on six dimensions¢ Teaching and Learning Experiences - including more practice -related issues, investigating aspects of planning, developing, organising and facilitating actual teaching and learning experiences ¢ Collaboration & Networking - investigating influences from communication styles and conflicts, features, within and between teams and groups ¢ Self-evaluation & Quality development -exploring ideas around self-evaluation and quality development as a general orientation of the self-reflection process in perspectives as: why, what, how, when, where, impacts ¢ Work Conditions & Institutions - exploring aspects influencing job's satisfaction and motivation, like: social status, labour market, regulations, job security, work-life balance ¢ Assessment & Recognition - more focused on practical aspects of assessment and recognition of learner's results ¢ Values and Roles - more in/depth look on axiological keys, such as social relevance, ethics, preferences, interests.
