In the Leonardo da Vinci REVIMP project (From Review to Improvement) six European partners (Estonia, England, Denmark, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands) have studied the factors promoting the utilization of Quality Assurance data for improving European VET (initial health education). This has been done by testing a theoretical framework in 30 cases of IVET in these 6 countries. Based on the results guidelines have been developed for Quality Assurance in European initial health education, which thereafter have been tested on relevance and feasibility. Both the factors that seem to matter for translating QA data into improvement actions, and the final version of the guidelines for quality assurance in initial health education will be presented.
