Contribution
The Nordic Educational Research Association (NFPF/NERA) is the main association for educational researchers in the Nordic countries. It is a basis for cooperation and development of educational research. It is open for everyone that has an interest in educational research in the Nordic context. It started in 1972 and has established itself as a key factor in educational research in the Nordic countries. Its congresses have since then been a yearly meeting-place for educational researchers of all kinds of special interests. The association is based on membership and decision-making is following traditional democratic rules. The yearly general assembly is the highest decision-making body. It appoints a board.
‘Nordic Studies in Education’ is the scientific journal published in collaboration with Nordic Educational Research Association and with financial aid from Nordic Board for Periodicals in the Humanities and the Social Sciences and is directed to educators and researchers and others interested in the field of education. Nordic Studies in Education is published quarterly and accepts contributions written in the Scandinavian languages and in English.
