This research and its realisation come to conclusion that International Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education (IQAAHE) has the proof of adequacy, the nature of the evidence and the characteristics of the methodology to assist in the attainment of local and global future development creation operations. The generated knowledge proved that the process of creating and operating the role of IQAAHE has the nature of the solution to many of local and global problems currently existed and to these which might arise in the future. Directing and operating the processes of teaching and learning, research and community service within higher education systems aimed at serving fundamentally the process of achieving national, regional and international needs, priorities and ambitions is what the role of IQAAHE will do. Realising rationales and learned lessons from this research creates and operates operating the role of IQAAHE in order to assist in: addressing and achieving the United Nations Millennium Development Goals (UNMDGs); meeting urgent global ask for identifying new and required roles and responsibilities of IQAAHE toward the local and global environment and humanity as a whole; illuminating the mechanisms through which the attainment of local and global future development creation operations can be done more effectively; meeting the need to crossing a huge wide gap across the globe requiring urgent fulfilment via creating and operating the role of IQAAHE in order to assist effectively, efficiently and urgently in addressing and achieving current challenges and these that are expected to be existed in the future; assessing the global proof of adequacy, characteristics of methodology and the nature of the evidence that operating the role IQAAHE can assist in addressing and achieving local and global concerns now and in the future; and asserting a global need for establishing a United Nations Organisation for International Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education (UNOIQAAHE) as a global multidimensional organisation of new responsibilities amongst them is to guide higher education systems worldwide, national and regional agencies of QAAHE and governmental and non-governmental organizations on how they should plan and execute in order to assist in drawing a prosperous future picture of peoples and their planet and theorising a valid future vision of their world, where a world nations believe in, dream of and in need to is expected to be created.

The main intellectual methodology underpinning this research is a documentary systems analysis and design methodology. The methodological device framing this research includes systems analysis, policy analysis and documentary analysis. They are appropriate methods for this research in that it analyses and tests current systems and practices in assuring and accrediting the quality of higher education, indicating how they behave and offering to potential design an accepted system for a future development. The methodology of this research is not to replace but to supplement political advocacy and to raise the level of argument among contending interests. The research examines current theories, policies, practices and settings in assuring and accrediting the quality of higher education. The end result, hopefully, would be a debate on how the development of assuring and accrediting the quality of higher education should be constructed in order to assist in addressing and achieving the global concerns.

Challenges facing the attainment of local and global future development creation operations indicate the need to direct International Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education (IQAAHE) in order to assist in meeting these challenges and reaching this future attainment. This research creates a new vision via a discussion-based analysis on how the role of IQAAHE is to assist in the attainment of local and global future development creation operations. Implications of this vision justify the need for creating and directing the role of IQAAHE in reaching this future attainment for advancing positive impacts upon nations and the daily life of their peoples. This research attempts creating new and future perspectives directed to meeting challenges and crossing a gap in knowledge via attaining a new era of transformation directed to creating and operating the role of IQAAHE in the attainment of local and global future development creation operations.
