Contribution
The Norwegian net-based forum has been developed since 2006 in cooperation with Leuphana university, Lüneburg(Sieland, 2006, www.laererforum.net). It is a professional network, following the principles of counseling with opportunities of professional tutors by the help of "Blended learning" as a mutual, learning perspective (Carkhuff, 200, MacDonald, 2008). It shows as well a desire for an ongoing, online discussion with a mutual clarification of the problem(Gibbons et al, 1994, Salmon, 2004). There is moreover important of being concious of the change from physical based councelling to the on-line strategy(Paulsen, 2003).
Inclusive education happens when pupils with or without disabilities are participating and learning together in the same class(Soodak and Erwin, 2010). Structured class-room and out-door management are aproaches for well-being of all pupils with abilities to adapt living skills with social and academic learning(Pamela, 2005). This seems to be of especially importance for mentally retarded pupils(Bouck, 2010). Inclusive education occurs when there is an ongoing planning, support and commitment.
Problem
How perceives and describe teachers and student teachers mental retarded pupils in class through "Teacher's Forum ", and how can the Inclusive education be improved through professional counseling with participation of colleagues in an distant, bearing community?
