02 SES 13 C, VET in Iran - Challenges and Stakeholders ' Views
The subject of the employment and production always has been associated with the philosophy of quality and has been considered by the human societies. Technical and vocational education centers and other educational institutions have been seeking to develop resources with high qualities in the aspect of gaining special skills and more often, the aspect of employabilityskills are been ignored. With regard to the fact that along with the development of human societies there are several developments in the biological requirements, it seems that the quality of education needs to change. Therefore, the research goal is here to study the views of technical and vocational education stakeholders in order to introduce employabilityskills needed in the labor market to improve these trainings. Therefore the present research has intended to answer to the following questions:
Factors associated with quality employabilityskills required for employment and vocational training is what?
Prioritize the components and model quality education for each group, respectively, which is the beneficiary?
What is the definition of these components can be used to provide quality vocational education?
