The number of contributions continues to increase. For EERA ECER 2026, NW11 received 105 contributions (a 29% increase compared to ECER 2026). The quality of accepted contributions was high. Geographical scope covered 22 countries as before - contributions from Europe, Asia, America, and Africa. The countries that had not been represented before were the Arab Emirates and Palestine. Contributions came from international collaboration from different continents, too.
NW11 had a nomination for the 3 papers to be voted for the best paper award in ECER2025. Although NW11 Nominees did not win the main prize, it is a great success to be nominated for the third year in a row.
In EERA ECER2026, presentations analyzed up-to-date topics from early childhood education to tertiary level and adult learning.
NW11 had one joint session with NW24. Additionally, we had 2 symposia again, which we had not had for several years.
