In the network meeting 2017, a range of topics has been discussed concerning the further development of network 12. Besides the established joint sessions with network 6 and 11, the realization of an EERA Session was a main issue. Additionally, the reanimation of the workshop on recent developments in European countries (Round table) at the beginning of the network was suggested. The launch of a journal for the network proceedings was already discussed last year. This year, the decision was made to follow up on this topic and to develop concrete proposals for the upcoming meeting. Furthermore, new proposals for the description and the title of the network will be discussed in the mailing list and concretized for the next meeting.
