Network 16 (NW16) continued to develop its scholarly and collaborative work on digital technologies in education and training, including pedagogy, assessment, inclusion, teacher education, and professional development.
NW16 is managing an increased number of submissions on GenAI which presents both valuable opportunities and challenges for thematic balance and reviewing capacity. T
he 2026 NW16 conference programme featured a diverse range of theoretical, empirical, and practice-oriented contributions, and in particular AI in teacher education and professional practice.
The Annual Network Meeting was very well attended with very many colleagues interested in contributing more to the Network.
