- Changing name of Network: Fiona, Marie and Antonio will write a short explanatory note which will go out with the EERA call for ECER Dublin. We will review the situation next year.

- Growing repository of papers
- Periscope for sessions: Antonio
- Researchgate: Network members to sign up to Researchgate and link with each other
- Twitter account – using #EERANetwork18SportPedagogy when tweeting to publicise the Network (all members): Needs to be shorter. #MoveEurope. All to use in tweets.
- Publishers to include Sport Pedagogy books etc. on stands: Fiona
- Can each person bring his or her PhD student to next conference? They could present at the Emerging Researchers Conference: Yes, to special session in main conference. Marie and Fiona will programme this.
- If members are on boards of other associations, can they publicise our network: Chantal will link with ARIS, Symeon will link with BERA, Antonio will link with National Association in Spain.

- New formats for presentations/posters - Video Presentation format for ECER: All members to advertise conference, devise symposia
- Link with Sport Education and Society:
- Invite Professor John Evans and the SES editorial team to ECER Dublin to have editorial board meeting (Fiona and Marie)
- Develop symposia that lead to special issues in SES (Fiona, Marie, Antonio and NW18 members)

Refugee Crisis - Response from N18 to EERA Council: Group decided to abstain from formal EERA statement. They welcomed the actions by EERA on website.
N18 members offer help in our own personal contributions. In addition, as researchers we engage in the area of social justice and contribute to alleviating the crisis through this work.
