Annual Report 2016, Dublin
ECER 2016 in Dublin was a successful conference for Network 25 with an increase in the number of paper sessions over the previous year.
The 8 sessions this year were as follows:
- School Stages and Transitions
- Children's Rights: Methodological and Theoretical Issues
- Children's Rights: Regional Perspectives (Part 1)
- Children's Rights: Regional Perspectives (Part 2)
- Rights and Limitations
- Children's Perceptions
- Children's Rights: Refugee and Migrant Experiences
- Digital and Civic Spaces
Attendance across sessions was good and there were some excellent discussions that linked children's rights thematics to a number of contemporary political and research issues.
We welcomed a number of new people to our Network Meeting and it is now possible to <link _blank>join the NW25 mailing list here.

A further special edition of Global Studies in Childhood, including papers given in NW25, is forthcoming in December 2016.
