Annual Report 2017, Copenhagen

This year there were 8 sessions planned in NW25 (although in the event this was reduced to 7 in view of several last minute cancellation of papers). The thematic focus of the sessions were as follows:

  • Issues in Translation
  • Teaching and Learning Children's Human Rights
  • Participatory Research
  • Ethical Issues
  • Refugees, Migration Policy and International Law
  • Children's Views on School Issues
  • Education and Children's Rights
  • Research Methodologies

There was a reasonably good attendance at most of the sessions. The Network Meeting was well attended.

The network saw a decline in submission numbers and together with some late cancellations the network’s conference program was reduced compared to earlier years.

Each network holds a Network Meeting during ECER and invites interested researchers to join. We have collected the network meeting minutes.
