The network organised another hiqh quality and packed programme for ECER 2011. Highlights included the symposium on European Perspectives on Fachdidaktik organised by Helmut Vollmer, the Learning Study symposium organised by Ingrid Carlgren and the Round Table organised by Brian Hudson and Meinert Meyer entitled “Beyond Fragmentation: where to next for Research in Didactics, Learning and Teaching? ”. The Annual Network meeting was attended by 20 participants at which Helmut Vollmer gave an outline of the planned Journal of Research in Fachdidaktik.
Active convenors were re-elected to the convenors group, Helmut Vollmer was elected for the first time and Brian Hudson was elected as the Link Convenor for a further term.
