Annual Report 2010, Helsinki

ECER2010 has been an inspiring conference with 10 paper sessions (including 30 paper presentations), three posters and two symposia: one on the application of the concept of 'School-based Curriculum Development' as it is found in six European countries: Austria, Finland, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Sweden. The other symposium was entitled "Curriculum Development Research in European Curriculum Institutes" aimed at discussing functions and forms of research related to complex curriculum development challenges as has been applied in six European curriculum institutes.

The network meeting (with nice drinks at the end, sponsored by SLO) was well-attended and led to several initiatives to further the networking function of this network.

Each network holds a Network Meeting during ECER and invites interested researchers to join. We have collected the network meeting minutes.
