This year was our tenth anniversary and we worked hard to make the most of the opportunity for taking stock of our progress that this elided. The conference itself was extremely well attended, with nearly 100 presentations, often with more than one presenter involved. Around that, we ran a number of events around the conference itself, including an opening event with a panel of speakers established in our field, from around the world which set the tone for the conference and became an important reference point for presenters throughout the week. We also had a celebratory event to bring our network together, which included short talks and performances from emerging researchers, lovely food, and a ceilidh. We also had input from Scottish researchers as part of our sense of place series. We are now working on putting together our programme for a seasonal school in May, for which we have been granted funding by EERA, and a number of publications. Beyond that our network has grown to 436 members due to the hard work of all our members and convenors to advocate for and raise awareness about our work. It has been truly affirming and exciting to be involved with this lively and active network and I know we will continue to work to grow our membership and provide a space for established and emerging researchers to work together.
