Annual Report 2017, Copenhagen

At ECER 2017, Network 32 "Organizational Education" emerged 16 sessions, each with 3-4 papers. One of these sessions was a symposium, the other sessions were combinations of individually submitted papers. Besides these 16 paper sessions and symposium there was a poster session.

As NW 32 "Organizational Education" still is a rather new network – being constituted in Porto 2014 – both the recurrently good number of its sessions and the recurrent participation of a core group of international presenters stand for its establishing. At each ECER (ECER 2015 in Budapest; ECER 2016 in Dublin; ECER 2017 in Copenhagen) the network emerged about the same amount of (16-17) sessions. A core group of colleagues who had presented (or at least participated) in Budapest and Dublin, now in Copenhagen presented their new research in NW 32 sessions; on the other hand also new colleagues presented. Both together indicates that NW 32 functions in practice and consolidates itself as network. NW 32 again had a special call ("Organizational reform and change management in organizational education research") which turned out to be very successful not only in generating submissions but also and above all in giving them an orientation.

Each network holds a Network Meeting during ECER and invites interested researchers to join. We have collected the network meeting minutes.
