Annual Report 2026, Tampere

One of the most important developments of our network was the preparation of the newly established Network Development Board (NDB) Members for becoming Co-Convenors of the network 32 organizational education. An international group of 8 colleagues, who had been co-opted in 2015 as NDB members, were legitimized in the membership meeting to become co-convenors for our network. Last year, we decided, too, to establish a Senior Expert Board and to invite our senior founding members of the network into this senior expert board. They will still support in reviewing, but do not need to contribute that actively with roles and tasks, like co-convenors need to do. Roles and tasks of our co-convenors refer to publications, to the network newsletter and social media, to membership events throughout the year, to newcomer welcoming and involvement.

Highlights of our conference were a rich programme with plenty of symposia, research workshops and a two stream program over the whole week.

Again this year we will be inviting members into our symposia creation workshops in December and prepare the next conference program with interested members of our community.

Each network holds a Network Meeting during ECER and invites interested researchers to join. We have collected the network meeting minutes.
