Location: A38 Ship

The Emerging Researchers´ Social Event will take place on the A38 Ship. The A38 Ship is a famous concert venue, community centre and bar located in the city centre. There will be snacks, drinks and music. You will also have the opportunity to meet and talk to other Emerging Researchers,  the ERG Link convenor, Patricia Fidalgo, the ERG Co-Convenors, the Emerging Researchers´Officer, Monica Brandis, and people representing various EERA networks.

Please bring your badge as entry will be limited to ERC participants. Vouchers for two soft and two alcoholic drinks will be distributed at the entrance.

Partner Tickets: Tickets for persons not attending ECER 2015 can be purchased for 6800 HUF (22,00 €)/person beginning Monday morning, 7 September at the Local Help Desk located near the Registration Area. The limited number of tickets will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.

A38 Ship lies on the Buda side of Petőfi bridge, in Budapest's 11th district (Petőfi Híd, Budai hídfő). It can be accessed from the bank of the river Danube or directly by BKK ships.
