Hotel Reservation

MCI Nordics has in collaboration with ECER 2017 secured centrally located hotel rooms in different price ranges.
- Breakfast, City Tax and VAT are included in the room rate.
- Rates are indicated in Danish Kronor (DKK).
- Full payment will be required when making your hotel reservation.
- Accepted credit cards: Visa, Amex and Eurocard/Mastercard.
If you are sharing room with another delegate, please ensure only one of you books accommodation, otherwise two separate bookings will be made.

Cancellation Policy
Full cancellation of your hotel accommodation must be emailed to the MCI Nordics, see email address above. Amendments should be made via the Portal if you have created a Portal account, if not, please notify MCI Nordics by email.
For cancellations of accommodation received:
- Until 19 June 2017 – Full refund less a DKK 150 administration fee per cancelled room night(s).
- As from 20 June 2017 – No refunds of deposit made.
- Please note that in case of non-arrival (no-show): the room will automatically be released the following day and the above cancellation policy will apply.
