Capacity Building Workshops

ECER 2018 is hosting a series of Capacity Building Workshops which will be taking place at various times Tuesday morning between 8:30 and 13:00. The exact times can be found below. Please note that as the workshop sizes are limited, participants will be required to register for the workshops in advance, you will find the links to do so on website of each workshop.

The reservervations will be given out on a first come first served basis. Only ECER participants are eligible, and as the events are in parallel, double bookings will not be possible. We reserve the right to cancel invalid registrations.

Should you have booked a workshop but are unable to attend, please do cancel your reservation, as there might be waiting lists.

The IEA’s IDB Analyzer is a standalone application that generates syntax in SAS and SPSS that can be used to analyze large-scale assessment databases such as those published by the IEA and OECD. This workshop will focus on the use of the linear regression statistic modules that is part of the IDB Analyzer.

his workshop builds on our Networking Seminar in University College, Copenhagen in August 2017, ‘Promoting Inclusive European Collaborative Education Policy Research: Creating a third space’ which argued the need for pan-European cross-national policy research collaborations. This workshop is open to all who are interested in the work of Network 23 and in furthering our collaborative and inclusive agenda.
