Wellbeing during ERC

Join physical therapist, yoga and qigong teacher Andrea Diers for short and effective (approx. 5 minutes) "feel good" sessions during the coffee breaks.

Thursday:

  • Morning Qigong: Energised for the day (10:45 -10:55)
  • Lessening Screen Fatigue: Exercises for eyes, neck and shoulder (15:15 - 15:25)

Friday:

  • Morning Qigong: Energised for the day (10:15 - 10:25)
  • Lessening Screen Fatigue: Exercises for eyes, neck and shoulders (14:45 - 14:55)
