Dear ECER presenter,
Planning a conference with over 2000 presentations in 3 ½ days (plus the Emerging Researchers’ Conference with approx. 200 proposals in 1 ½ days) while aiming to group papers in meaningful sessions is a task not easily achieved.
Taking into account scheduling requests makes this task even more challenging.
We ask, therefore, that conference participants attend (and are able to present during) the entire conference.
For those participants who have unavoidable scheduling conflicts and let us know early in the programme planning, we will try our best to solve them.
Please be aware, however, that due to the size of the conference and the number of requests we receive, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to accommodate all requests.
