In the paper an investigation is presented whose general purpose has been evaluating the process of installation of the second cycle of the Obligatory Secondary Education in Andalusia assisting to the beginning conditions and development of the institutionalisation of the new curricular positions and the appropriation of the factors of change that the faculty of the Institutes of Secondary Education carries out. The general purpose of this investigation is to evaluate the installation of the second cycle of the Obligatory Secondary Education in Andalusia assisting to the beginning conditions and development of the institutionalisation of the new curricular positions and the appropriation of the factors of change that the faculty carries out. In a first phase he/she has been carried out an analysis of the conditions of beginning of the change by means of the description of the normative and administrative contexts. Three IES of Andalusia has been selected assisting to its distribution, the diversity of its socio-cultural context and its different organizational conformation to proceed to the analysis of its curricular documentation. In a second phase it has been proceeded to interview in depth to four professors y/o teachers of each one of the IES that you/they impart different matters in the second cycle of the THAT. The interview has been focused in its professional history and its vision of the teaching and in its valuation of the new curricular positions and its institutionalisation each one of the centers. In a third phase an inventory of opinions has been applied that consists of 79 extracted items of the valuations poured by the interviewed faculty, to the population of the 151 professors and teachers with destination in the centers, of those that were picked up a total of 118 valid inventories. He/she has been carried out a global descriptive analysis, a centers descriptive analysis, and a items clusters analysis.
