This paper describes a curriculum studies oriented teacher education programme developed and ongoing at the Department of Teacher Education of the University of Tampere. This programme aims at promoting theoretical ideas on individualisation. In the program networking is viewed as an organisational locus for individualisation in order to provide, according to critical postmodern curriculum theory, informed and enriched options to identify practical problems and to find creatively situated and viable solutions to them.
